I am still in the analysis phase as far as real estate investing was thinking of getting a realtor license just to further my education.

I'm reading the books and the blogs and in the meantime checking out deals to get a boots on the ground exposure to this new world. 

@Guy GimenezHave read those articles and that’s my point we don’t see the impact of the same here on the ground.

The only thing here is that they are in the growing pain phase where businesses are still moving to the area, but rents seem to be on the lower side compared to more populated areas in Richmond and Norfolk.  

But we are excited and have boots on the ground.

Also, I need the living area to be at least 7ft off the ground due to 100 year flood plain so thinking lower area would be for vehicles.

Right now we're still in the pre-beta phase and just want to get user feedback.

I think on this one, we had a plan into the city before closing so we were in the ground within two weeks.

I'm currently in the market to land my first SFH, still in the researching phases.
