FYI This thread should be in another forum as it has nothing to do with crowdfunding platforms.

But this could have been so much worse.I just wanted to share this story on BP, to show that the advice given by David Green and Brandon Turner, as well as the many experienced investors on this platform, is not without cause. 

Cozy looks good, but I may want to go 100% digital (Lease, docusign, etc. ) with a nice platform that integrates with Quickbooks.

If they are in our system we have the template at our bank.. we make a request via e mail.. bank calls ME I have to give my secret code.. they run over the basics of the wire and send it out.If its a first time wire.. my office will call the title company or lawyer were we are sending funds.. and verify in writing..
