What are some of the best property management conferences and course to take to run a smoother company and improve your business? 

  While there is still lots of opportunity and money to be made, the question is how much of a hit do we take over the next year or two with the Festivals, events, tournaments, conferences, etc. cancelled or scaled down. 

@Diogo Marques -  I do not know of any in Ohio at this time but will be at a national conference in a few weeks networking with a few hundred PM's.    

Her defense was that she'd done 50+ contracts this year and she has never made a mistake.  

I spoke at a property management conference last year called PMGrow and it is one of if not the largest PM conference in the country.  

I'm considering attending a MF Syndication conference/course - one that is dedicated to teaching the process beginning to end.

I am going to attend @Brie Schmidt's  Midwest conference. 

Re: finding and vetting sponsors: they attend any of the numerous conferences, summits, etc. that are held throughout the country along with investors, lenders, attorneys, and others involved in the business. 

Not sure about the local meetups but there are periodically ThinkRealty conferences in Tampa that have been historically pretty valuable
