I am not afraid of the hard conversations during a job or telling a contractor that I went with another company and why, but I don’t want my concern for my daughter’s social life to steer me to make a decision that is not in the best interest of my business.

I asked if I can see the inside so  I can give her a more accurate price but she wanted to end the conversation right there.

I certainly have gotten my share of "leave me alone, stop calling", but I've also had some really cool, interesting conversations. 

So, based on the conversation I just had, someone can sell real estate assets without any scrutiny from the SBA.
