The lease options do sound as though they are potentially a little more complicated and would require out of pocket investment for the transaction, this may be something to look at down the road, but perhaps not my best way to go right now.I have begun reading the beginner's guide to RE investing on this site and it has been very helpful, I plan to read and learn as much as possible before jumping in and come with an investment strategy for an area that I become an expert in before doing my first deal.Once again, thank you so much to everyone for your great advice!

Basically, the association manager has to deliver certified letters to the other unit owners upon receipt of the offer but I am actually scheduled to close next week - before any of the unit owners would even get the notice.

My goal is to get a maintenance guy to handle all my needs on the property, until then i'll be doing most of the work and getting a certified guy (electric/plumbing) to check my work which will save me in the long run.I haven't been on Bigger Pockets since because of how busy I am, but I do listen to the podcasts and articles from the email but you will get all the info you need from this community.

You can rent by bedroom including the utilities cable and internet and get 2-4 times more rent.When looking for a Property Manager go to IREM.org search for ARM certified call and speak to several.For funding go to a local bank and meet with them to discuss strategies.
