I have investor contacts that I think would be interested in this deal if I were to be able to negotiate that kind of price.

What kind of investment partners would you need for the deal?

You may need to purchase the lien from them (not satisfy the balance - you're not the owner yet, so you can't just pay off the balance with any kind of assurance that it gives you any rights).

I'm wondering about what kind of demand is there and whether that historic downtown area of Marysville is a viable location (and whether location matters)?
