@Roger RustadI couldn’t find one, so I made a channel called “Bigger Pockets” on Zello.

However, real estate business is not that easy, so learn as much as you can through online resources and then look for a mentor. 

I have been on bigger pockets for a few months now, researching and learning everything I possibly can about wholesaling as well as fix and flip.

Get on the podcasts and all the free educational resources we have and you'll do fine!

With resources such as BiggerPockets at my disposal, I will continue to learn and expand my experience, while growing my business and hopefully helping others along the way.The local market has obviously changed a lot in the last 10+ years since I was flipping full time.

I get your frustration, but look at the bigger picture and concentrate on making this unit the best it can be while looking for unit number 3.
