Of course a 35k house/condo will not win a beauty contest but it will put money in your pocket renting out an extra room & even more money with it's equity you can pull out once your credit is improved. 

The acquaintance suggested to pull the listing, that the workmanship was “horrible” and the work incomplete, despite the beautiful listing photos.

I thought the exception would still allow for a pet deposit.If it's a service animal - is it still ok to deduct for shampooing/cleaning the carpets for dog hair due to allergies?

They have maintained their beautiful historic architecture and would be a great investment for any serious investor because they are also very close to each other which would make them easier to manage if all are bought together. 

Shame about such a beautiful floor!
