In short, I write down the total amount that was paid to perform the project. 

I'm looking at properties here (basically anything east of worcester and within an hour of Boston.

I have right at 700,000 into them with projected rent at 1700-1850 per unit.

Basically I have a time line of “To Do’s” up to August.

"Who needs the bank" by Bob Zachmeier is a great, fast read on the basics of owner financing. 

Basically trying to get the most tax benefits and protection as possible.

Also maybe somewhat related I wonder how much house hacking wil be appealing if you can just move with remote work, I’ve always thought so much of the real estate strategy’s were basically people were stuck because of jobs in unaffordable cities and had to make it work, but now you can just move.
