I would also advise you hold a General Liability policy, it will be relatively cheap becuase it is a low risk policy.

Contrary to what many advise on Bigger Pockets, you do NOT have to have a commercial loan when purchasing under an LLC. 

If so you should do whatever it is your attorney advises you and nothing else.

@Jeffrey VanickyOne other issue in putting your home in an LLC is you'll lose your homestead exemption, which in some states, such as Florida, is far more valuable than an LLC.I'm in NY, have my business in LLC, and advised by attorneys that you get sued anyway, for negligence in the event something goes wrong.

I advise to run the numbers more than once, 2-3 times even for verification that the deal works.
