Apparently in the past month it was deactivated by Loopnet / Costar as they changed their terms, so they're no longer billing me and I don't have any special access above a free account. 

@Ezekiel Cruz - If you talk to a local real estate agent, they can set you up with MLS access, which will give you the most accurate information on properties available for sale.

I see from your profile that you have access to the MLS but you might want to check out your local BP forum to find contacts for investors, realtors, or lenders in your area.

If the property has equity, be prepared to sell before FC or have access to funds to payoff the loan.

You can completely change a space by doing purely cosmetic work. 

I would offer help in any way I can (Within reason) yet give them their space.

When trying to send a reply from my inbox using my Android, after typing the first word and hitting the space bar the system automatically deletes that first word and I'm supposed to start the conversation again.

The school tax alone for the property mentioned above is $9.2K and the general taxes are $5.1K so $14.2K total - this is for a 6000 sq ft lot with 1200 living space.

Some investors purchased it about a year ago and are seeking to turn it into apartments and commercial space (Greer Mill Development).
