If you lost a job, you had better showcase your great skill that allowed you to make 3X rent and get another job quickly. 

If I was in your shoes, I would write down all of the ways that I could use my businesses to further drive my goal.

Start by putting your selves in the guest's shoes, when furnishing and stocking your home!

For my home I have a soft red tone Asian cherry love it but not durable for children or high heel shoes.

Just put yourself in their shoes, of city administrators, do you want to gamble on assuming people are going to "do the right thing"?
