Food for thought. 

Look at the change in outsourcing of tasks now compared to 100 years ago. 100 years ago you farmed your own food, made or traded for the good you needed and were largely self-sufficient.

These professionals tend to cater to clients who may be holding notes or other types of cash flows and who may (at some point) need a lump sum of cash but don't know how to go about getting it.

The home is right in center of downtown so walkable to shops, food, etc.

Here is some food for thought, for you to consider and investigate. 

I have also been giving him food money and trying to employ him cleaning as the prior tenant had a dog and did not use a clean cloth in over 10 yrs so we are scrubbing everything down so hopefully the paint will stick.

Its not a B&B either, they usually have shorter stays and food service.
