I found out exactly what each of them were looking for and then and only then did I start looking for deals that fit their goals.

Reach out to local agents and investors and see who they like to use and why they do or do not like a particular firm, sit down with the attorney and go over the basics make sure you are a good fit.  

@Byron Broughten- I recommend John Woodrich or @Ryan Carriere they are both investors and CPA's I'd recommend setting up a call with them and talking through your situation for who fits best with you.

BiggerPockets has recommended screening companies on there that I would suggest checking out to see what company best fits your screening needs, you might just find exactly what you are looking for there.

I agree with Joseph, There are plenty of areas fitting your price point.

Make sure you go to local events to talk to other professionals and find out where you might fit in the community.

Generally the construction materials used on older mobile homes are cheaper and things like doors and tubs are made specifically to fit mobile homes.

It isn’t too hard, but you do have to work around all the installed siding which can be a pain.I have seen where you buy the corner vinyl, cut the mounting flange off and simply get it fit over the top.
