There are a lot of ways to potentially roll this back that are being explored as this ordinance was rushed through with very little feedback from stakeholders.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I'd personally be a bit more conservative with the underwriting and make sure to see what the carrying costs could potential get to especially if this is a bigger renovation and not just cosmetic. 

I grew up with a realtor for a mother, but she’s not too well informed on new construction.As it stands today, I have roughly 70k liquid and looking to invest in building a new construction home for profit.
