We meet on the first Tuesday of every month and I've made a lot of great connections and done deals with a lot of people I've met in the room (I've been going for over 3 years now and only started co-hosting it this year).

Only cashflow about $100 at the moment, hopefully will increase after this year.

This would be purchased as a primary home and then probably turn into a secondary home as their job would probably require a move over the years.

When it comes time to sell this property, what will happen then?

I don't think a mean and median would really be that helpful unless you were classifying them separately into A, B, C, and D areas, as well as similar beds and baths.

I help all sorts of investors from all over and those in KC find replacement properties.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Do you have any tips or avenues I can take to help them out with marketing my property to find a renter.
