Hi BP'ers,Recently came across a packaged deal in PA (1x 4units + 1x 5units) where the seller is adamant about selling it as package rather than selling them individually.

I also need a manufacturer for Bamboo, Wood, Brick, and Stainless Steel chests like almost a treasure chest to package my merchandise in.

I've now spoken with a number of other lenders and all seem to be leaning towards an SBA package.

I hadn't really considered them separately, as they're sort of packaged together, but they really are different animals and can't easily be evaluated as a single entity.
