I have reached out to a few Attorneys to draft a JV contract based off of an article I read on BP titled “10 Vital aspects of a bulletproof joint venture agreement”.

JV stands for Joint Venture.

Studies can range from hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars depending on whether you use a DIY approach or an engineering study.-       What tax rate am I in?

It took years to save up the money to begin this venture ($70k).

In my opinion, it is incredibly important to evaluate your life and compare that to how your life would be if you had ventured to each of the types of real estate investing strategies. 

I wouldn’t be where I am without the skills, relationships, and tough opportunities from those jobs and business ventures.

If there is a lawsuit against the LLC then they shouldn't be able to come after your personal belongings, and if the law suit is against you personally they should be able to go after the properties in the LLC.When meeting with clients the first order is to discuss (A) their personal assets, (B) break down their current investments portfolio and other business ventures before discussing any (C) future goals.

I would suggest networking with other Note investors and perhaps when you're closer to your funds being available, start looking to JV (joint venture) or like you mentioned a partial. 

I'm planning on using my free time during the house hack to upgrade as much of the property as is feasible and has good ROI (in terms of either rent and/or equity increase or educational return) but am trying to find a good set of educational resources for DIY home repair.

I will put some time in to further learn the opportunities I can venture into.
