If you choose to evict ask the neighbors if they would be willing to testify at the eviction hearing - which I assume they would if they claim to have been in a physical fight with your tenant.You'll want all the proof now (video, reports, etc.) so if you do decide to evict you'll have plenty of proof to show to the judge.
