We than always make it clear in writing and in conversations that the client always may go outside that and choose their own inspector.

You could choose not to buy the house.  

If you choose to evict ask the neighbors if they would be willing to testify at the eviction hearing - which I assume they would if they claim to have been in a physical fight with your tenant.You'll want all the proof now (video, reports, etc.) so if you do decide to evict you'll have plenty of proof to show to the judge.

When companies move their headquarters out of California, they choose Texas way more than they choose any other state. 

Then if I find a place I like I can rent and then keep it if I choose.
