Currently leased for $1200 and I get 1-2 tenant requests per week, so it is a very secure rental area/property.3bd, 2bath, with an office that could be a 4th. big yard. brand new everything. foundation, AC, roof, fence, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, security system, etcAny help of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Or did you find a good primer + paint brand that had good coverage?

Yes, I would work with a brand new agent, in fact, would prefer to in some cases, because I can train them!  

At the end of 2014 I had a friend of mine that somehow talked me into buying a 41k brand new truck...This was completely outside my comfort zone, I have always been a huge fan of Dave Ramsey I was just stupid that day...
