I'm here to inform others of What Not To Do and to avoid mistakes I've made.

You'll find out along the way where you want to fit in long-term (investor, lender, property manager, or whatnot).If you want to be in business, but not sure about real estate, then your ability to make a business money may count more than any degree.

Here is what NOT to do...get sucked into paying thousands of dollars to so called gurus that prey on vulnerable newbies.

I really would like to know how to tag people outside of a particular thread as well as provide blue links with out all the extra crap for example when Brandon links to all of the sources for new people like the Ultimate Beginners guide and what not.

I bet you can change display settings and whatnot.  

Go to an agent who will look out for your interests with regard to the contract, earnest money, local practices and what not.
