Additionally, since we are out of state (Washington) and unable to do walkthroughs of prospective properties, Chris has been great about taking videos for us, which has been very helpful. 

Consistent attempts through multiple channels goes a long way. 

Hi @Michael Baum, I have watched several PB episodes about MTR, mostly for traveling nurses and insurance displacements and I am interested in learning more but I do not have time to watch everybodys videos on how to get started.

Get informed about real estate investing by watching videos.

The reason why that approach is effective is that those communication channels will be less saturated with competition, and also attract more actively interested people.

Despite paying a substantial fee, I found that beyond basic instructional videos and repetitive weekly calls, there was little substance to aid my learning.

As you learn go to meet ups, try to network/glean from experienced people and listen to podcasts/videos. 

I too found his YouTube videos.

We also can't have renters dealing with the humidifiers as it is a mold problem/foundation issue if it isn't taken care of.We are taking pictures and videos of everything, we have multiple professionals that have documented everything (and told us to lawyer up) and have neighbors that we have already had agree to discuss their  drainage problems when we get a lawyer.
