I think I was fortunate to find a roll outside of real estate to diversify my income across two different sectors of the economy. 

I am finding that my offers are not in the ballpark of what sellers are expecting.

U will never get a dime of rent and you are going to have to probably do as you stated find your own attorney.. its better to leave property vacant than to rent to folks that have terrible credit.
