This is been my dilemma with the Triangle Area in general.

Imagine a right triangle of sorts.After buying the property in the fall of 2013 and completing the rehab Dec 2013, our neighbor noticed that the wall was bulging and didn't look structurally sound.

In addition to the monthly general meeting (3rd Tuesdays, Hilton North Raleigh), there are a number of subgroups based on area in the Triangle and a subgroup focusing on new investors.Hope to see you at one of the meetings.

I'm a little late to the party, but I'm also looking to get started with some properties in the Triangle. 

I live in eden, nc, but also looking to invest in durham as it is definately a place for the most growth potential in the triangle area.  

We think the best strategy for us in the Triangle of NC is to find pre-foreclosures and try to purchase directly from the person before it goes to auction.

I kind of think of REI as the " Triangle".
