Hello All.

I came across BP after a mention on Reddit on one of the subs and decided to check it out. I'm so very glad I did!

I've barely spent any time here and have already gathered so much info. It's great!

I'm very new at this. My foray into Real Estate was essentially due to the fact that we decided to hold on to our townhouse and rent it out when we bought our current house. That's also the extent of my RE experience. I'm interested in getting into wholesale and then possibly start investing in more properties. 

Anyways - I'm happy to be here. You all seem like a good bunch! :-)
