No liability, but you can expect people will eat the pizza and not pay.A lot of hosts will leave some spaghetti noodles and a can of sauce for a quick meal, only costs a few bucks.

We go above-and-beyond by leaving a box of noodles and some canned spaghetti sauce for a quick meal, some chocolates on the counter, etc.

With this, I know a savvy investor will not willingly share the secret sauce; although, I am still searching for the first steps. 

.🧐😉😁  The secret sauce doesn't come for free. 😁 As for me, I'd be more than happy to deposit refinanced money (mine or the bank's) into my savings account as long as there is positive cash flow.

The same would happen with 2000 tomato plants if grown without climate control.
