If you put one in you can put a $120 Honeywell 8000 WiFi thermostat in and lock the screen and control and monitor the inside temperature from your phone.

I kept my eyes open for areas where the median household income has been rising, (I used this as a temperature gauge for the quality of the neighborhood) and areas where the 2% rule was most likely to be found.

For example sometimes you put a toe in the water and believe the water is one temperature, but when you get in you realize you misjudged the temperature completely.

The cooler basement temperature would act as a dehumidifier, so I'd guess the walls would get fairly moist. 

The reason for the system cycling on and off at 75F but running constantly at 74F at a given exterior temperature is as follows.
