They must also take care of tenants concerns and dispute resolution by providing swift emergency response service. 

Not saying they cannot provide that return but having been doing this for a long time, to get to 18% for investors consistently would not be something I would consider to be safe and if they were giving investors 18% then they should not need to post on facebook and would have a line longer than those to a Taylor Swift concert already investing with them.

This needs to be a #1 Priority to train her that if she is going to make complaints like this that you are going to move quickly and swiftly and aren't going to "Split the bill".

He also, has in the past purchased plenty drugs, at one instance, buying "$140" worth of drugs...one phone call away, a vehicle comes along quickly, with the dealer in a black hoody and pineapple print (at the time) and swiftly make the exchange.
