Soccer?

All of them have said 75%+ occupancy.But between MTSU, weddings, sporting events (multiple youth soccer tournaments is what I know the best, but I know basketball and baseball also have pretty big tournaments here), corporate rentals, etc,  I could see it 

@Rosie Geller let me start of by saying I was in IT including live broadcasting of International tennis tournaments, so I have experience in security and security cameras.The problem with using security cameras are:- the resolution at night usually isn’t good enough to make identification unless you buy REALLY good cameras which will cost more then the AC unit you lost.- even if you get an alert, the response time of police isn’t fast enough and your equipment is long gone.

I temper that being a youth baseball/soccer coach, Boy Scout leader, school board member, have planted over 50,000 trees and will probably cut that many down, developed over 150 farm ground acres into large subdivision lots.

I also coach youth girls soccer in my spare time and spend time with my girls hiking, fishing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.Thank you for sharing all the knowledge in these forums and I look forward to meeting other investors in the Jacksonville area.

And we didn't have 'soccer moms' to drive us around--I had to walk 5 miles to school in deep snow and UPHILL BOTH WAYS!

My last rental I bought, I was up at 330am on my days off to go work on it until 9-10am when my wife and kids were up and ready so we could go do something together or so I could make it to their soccer/baseball games.

Always there is something happing in Miami from soccer, fashion, Boat, Formula 1, the new silicon valley.Good Luck, 

If he has Comcast acct of his own and any of the tenants have a Comcast router they broadcast a guest Network for all Comcast customers he could just use his log in..But if he went your route where would he plug it in/secure it ?

I haven't looked into this in great detail, but these changes don't tell us if they are levelling the playing field or making a change to pricing based on results they are seeing.For example, assume GEICO is lowering rates for 18 year-old boys driving Porsches by $500 but raising rates for Soccer Moms driving minivans by $100.
