I always find it tough to diversify as there are so many people who say that sharp focus is what will create greater returns but I guess if you think about it a SDIRA and investing for current cash flow are not vastly different if both are in RE.Thanks for the info, this is really to utilize in order to purchase my first property and trying to find the way that would work best.
