Rarely is it done overnight or by a single generation...acquiring and keeping extreme wealth is a long building process.One of my favorite cartoon drawings is a short series: it shows a large wagon holding a few meek individuals and a lot of folks pulling the wagon.

Taxes become an issue, they are tax exempt and you're not, meaning interests must be divided along with equities, in many instances it isn't worth the pain.A Series LLC would be a possible arrangement as interests can be divided and accounted for more efficiently.

There is typically little to no benefit to incorporating in another state unless you want to be subject to more paperwork and more fees.Texas has a very strong Series LLC which I hear is highly recommended.
