I'm working on getting a property list from the county to scrub and create a mailing list.

If you have smokers in there, use a regular Swizzle floor mop (I think that's what it's called-- the ones with the replaceable cleaning pad) to scrub the cabinets and walls-- takes most of the nicotine right off.  

The title is only scrubbed clean if it sells at auction and the IRS redemption period lapses.

Every mold situation is different, so don't quote me on this, but here's my take...Expect that you'll need to:- Remove and replace the sheetrock- Remove and replace the insulation- Remove and replace the cabinets- Remove and replace the flooring- Potentially remove and replace the subflooring- Potentially remove and replace the doors- Potentially replace all the wiring (if it was under water)- Potentially replace the A/C condenser (if it was under water)- Potentially remove and replace the baseboards/trimIn addition, the mold remediation will likely consist of scrubbing/sealing the studs with an anti-microbial and running dehumidifiers for several days.

@Seth Williams,So there is no easy way to gather and scrub county tax delinquent lists in one place yet?

From what I can see from the pictures it needs a kitchen, bath, addition of a powder room, paint, clearing of landscaping and a good scrubbing.
