Potential flip in Upper Montclair NJ

I just came across a home that they just dropped the price by $30,000 today to $349K. Its in Upper Montclair NJ which is a good town. You can walk to Mid Town direct train from the location as well as the town.

Address is 128 Alexander Ave. Check it out on Google maps. From what I can see from the pictures it needs a kitchen, bath, addition of a powder room, paint, clearing of landscaping and a good scrubbing. Comps in area as high as $500K but most in good condition around $450K. House is vacant and they want it sold.
