They "may" have access to some off-market listings, which aren't on here or the MLS, but in regards to info there's absolutely not a thing.

Vacasa is more of a marketing company, not so much actual property management.

So don't just assume the market is bad, do your homework, it could be a setting in one of your management software tools.
