Information and advice

So just looking for some possible local advice. I know I have posted here before looking for opinions on course and such and different things to do but I feel like it doesn't matter what classes I take I need to truly just get my feet wet in the real estate world and learn the ins and out of it and there's no better way of doing that then to do it. With that being said I am going to be getting my real estate license.  With that being said it seems like everyone I talk to In my area tell me it's a flooded market that everyone and their mom are real estate agents. Just wondering if anyone knows how true that is for my area in Charleston South Carolina. Also looking for a possible agency to be apart of that's willing to show me the ropes and take the time to help me learn as this will be new for me. Thanks in advance
