A couple of good restaurants and bars (i was in my 20s). 

I'm not sure I look at it as screwing the landlord unless you believe a restaurant screws the landlord the lease the building from to run their business.

There are some new restaurants there.A couple years ago in Harrowgate you could buy for 60-65k, renovated 5-15k, and rent for $1,100.

I don't understand how the people on here can post about how people who can't pay their rent are losers or they need to get out when you know I'd like to see them live in our shoes for a minute cuz they be shutting their mouths 

I unfortunately had to shut it down due to medical reasons.

Ultimately, if your CPA is shutting you down on this, without presenting alternative options, it may be time for an upgrade. 

The high school sits right on this road and so do all the big box stores and restaurants.

Still 12 minutes from the beach and walkable to a lot of great restaurants.
