Help me expand my knowledge of Real Estate Investing

Good Afternoon,

My name is Te'ylor and I am looking to learn and expand my knowledge about real estate investing. I had an Airbnb approximately 2 years ago and it was a huge success. I unfortunately had to shut it down due to medical reasons. With that being said, I am looking to expand my portfolio to bigger things. I'm highly interested in learning about Wholesaling, Rebuilding and Renting. If anyone has any opinions on where I should start, please let me know.
