If the disposal broke you fix once explain what can go in it, and then tell them you will remove if it needs further repairs because they always cause issues and hey if you are putting things in the plumbing that shouldn't be there then there will be plumbing issues. 

We removed it, and when with 2 propane heaters (one for the basement and one for the cabin).Some other things to think about:- Hammock- Bug spray- Boot tray for shoes- Snow shovels- Coffee and condiments for when they are snowed in and can't get out- Fly swatter for summer- If no internet service, then consider getting Starlink. 

A mobile home is abandoned if the tenant has been evicted from the lot but does not remove their mobile home.

I should have put my foot down 12 months ago about removing it but I let it go.

But Now, in my area, not only does a plumber have to be the one that touches that, but I am "supposed" to hire a plumber just to demo (i.e. remove a toilet or vanity) the house. 

Unrelated to HOA but if homes won't pass the safety engineered designation, who demo's house and haul off and when does HOA or city make owner to remove?

Giving up a guaranteed increase in value with them using their own capital to increase the square footage would seem like a no brainer, but how much are you losing if you remove the drive thru and can't put it back.I would talk to commercial brokers and other owners in your area to see the value of a drive thru.
