While many states prohibit discrimination based upon “source of income”, meaning one may not decline section 8, social security or Va benefit recipients solely due to the source of payment, this is an interesting read nevertheless.

Most people who get timing correct are either lucking or have been continuously investing so they're really the recipient of the fruits of a bull market.Buying real estate can be done on your own; as a limited partner in a real estate fund, or as a passive investment in REITS (or REIT funds or REIT ETFs).
