I have herd there is a lot of little tricks to add value to these houses.

I been taking notes of what things add value to homes I herd even a wood entertainment center built in the wall can add value!

My parents, Inlaws, wife and the herd of cattle kept telling me that would be crazy to sell.  

@Robert E Bogino I herd that if you can raise the rents 10 to 20 a week once a year that your property will make you a extra ten grand a year!  

You could do radiant in that case, hot water or electric.
