If not is the problem the accuracy of the phone numbers or is it the caller?

And, sometimes, you don't get those best case answers, that totally happens too, and words exciting your lips cannot change that, it's the totality of the last decade of one's credit history, one's down payment (purchase) or equity position (refi), all of it, together, viewed holistically through the lens of computer software.If I tell that cold-caller "we might be able to count based on one year," what do you think they are going to do? 

I own a few rentals down in southern orchards by nationwide, it's crazy how parsons has changed over the years" vs the out of state cold caller saying "I saw your property located at 123 Parsons Ave".

These people who enter into pre-forclosure are already getting bombarded by mailers, callers, emails, txts, from wholesalers and investors.Hope this helps.

@Maya GorskiA few things that come to mind include:We get sooo many spam calls from out-of-state that many Realtors I know don’t answer unknown callers. 

Long time listener (ish), first time caller... after tons of research I finally took the plunge and bought an Airbnb in Nashville, TN!

As you might imagine, the response rate was quite low for mailed surveys, and the initiative was costly.Telephone surveys were also once very common, but people today let their answering machines take calls or they have caller ID, which enables them to ignore calls they do not want to receive.
