I'm looking to make a good post card or a short, small, quick informational flier.

Now we're trying to figure out what to include/write on the letters/postcards. 

Plus you can send your own postcards or whatever for about that price. 

Set up a system that automatically sends out text messages (it's the cheapest), followed by ringless Voicemails, followed by e-mails, cold calling, followed by occasional direct mail (i like sending holiday postcards that get noticed).

So, I think i recognize your logo as being the wholesalers that flooded my mailbox with like 20 flashy postcards all at once, so I am assuming this is a wholesale assignable contract deal?

Cost of postcard is 5.6c + cost of stamps is 35c + labeling 1.3c = 41.9c per postcard.

It seems like a lot of the recommendations for the wording to use on postcards and letters are strongly based around being able to offer cash and close fast. 

Didn't find it to be worth the cost. i had somewhere between 150-200 properties added on deal machine that i hit with 6-7 postcards and got a 0% response rate.

You can even purchase postcards to send out for about 0.50 each

You want to know their success and if what you're paying for is actually education or if it's entry to pay into a more expensive group.I see people on Instagram all the time with tens of thousands of followers and they own a few post card sized houses in the hood and people think they're an expert because of the way they market their expertise.
