Thoughts on Polish Hill?

Everything are just extra's amenities to polish yourself better.

What seems like a simple project can quickly get out of hand or you won't get the same polished look compared to someone who does this for a living.  

Incorrect sir not sure how long you been in this business but maybe you need to polish up a little on laws.

We're just completing one now where we originated the concept and an architect polished it.

My general contractor is quoting me:$32,000 to prep, paint exterior of the home$19,000 to replace asphalt roof$23,000 to prep, paint the interior$19,000 wooden floor refinishing (polishing, filling in any cracks)The home is 90 years old and is 2,800 square feet.

The auction place may be looking to unload a polished turd on a sucker.

Also a lot of the renters in the particular area im buying are foreign families (Korean, Polish, Hispanic etc.) due to a charter school a block away and a public school 5 blocks away.

I still have some rough edges that need polishing.
