I have seen some 1% SFH in Plano, Carrollton, Rockwall, Farmers Branch and of course Arlington and Irving but they are not pretty and not in the best areas.

I'm not sure about The Colony or Lewisville, but Frisco / Plano have tight inventories and you will need to search hard in order to buy something that makes sense.

I have been searching for rental properties to build long term wealth for me and my family in Richardson/Plano/Allen/Mckinney for quite some time, but a good turn-key property deal in a reasonable neighborhood seems to be difficult to come by.

My first real estate goal is to get my family into a duplex/triplex/fourplex as my first home while home hacking (anywhere in the Plano/Murphy/Wylie, TX area ....anyone have advice on how doable this is?).
