Multi-family Target Markets in DFW

Hello All,

I'm new to the DFW area, and I'm looking for multi-family property I can both live and invest in, 3 units or more preferably. Which neighborhoods or areas might these sorts of properties most readily be found? Are any of these areas perhaps more appealing than others from an investment perspective? I'd like to be relatively close to Frisco for work, so northern Dallas generally would be somewhat preferable, but I can work from home at will, so that sort of access is more of a luxury than a necessity. Thanks for helping me to focus and concentrate my search efforts!

-Anthony
