Looking for all  your input on "Rent to Price" ratios for Dallas area (surrounding towns like Plano, Irving, Burleson, Crowley, Little Elm, McKinney...).

(Plano, Frisco, MckInney, Allen, Southlake, Coppel etc...)What kind of investment you are targeting..?

If you were to convert it into a rental, it has to rent for over 3k a month, which may not be feasible.For investors on this forums, most would choose a path where they can house hack, buy a good but distressed property in a class-A neighborhood for 200k, put 70k in repairs and get a valuation of 350k in the open market.BTW, Before I got into investing, I bought myself a nice 380k worth liability in plano.

Does anyone know how Arlington flip opportunity would be compare to north Dallas area such as Plano or Frisco.

Is Plano Okay for MTR??

This year I sold an older SFH rental (built 1979) I had with no deferred maintenance in Plano TX in order to 1031 exchange it for a similar sized new SFH rental in Melissa TX (built 2021).

I'm looking at homes in Richardson, Plano, Garland areas for now.
