Either call the number or manually type the URL into your browser.It's very irritating to get web leads that you call and the person isn't really a lead but they want to add you to a list.

I have spoke to the county clerks office numerous times and am starting to think i might be irritating them a bit :) I have been directed to the FTP site but the folders listed are confusing to say the least.

I understand why these questions would irritate a hard-working investor.  

Here's the part of her plan that irritates me: She's selecting the tenant/buyer for you with the intent that they will not exercise their purchase option, but she wants you to split the option purchase price with her because she found you the tenant.

I'm not that shook about security deposits,, yes I get them, but if it's a current tenant and the only thing lacking is the deposit,, you'll know in a heart beat if they will be a issue... even with a deposit things go south, I guess the deposit is a nice cush but I've learned easy come easy go and I'd rather keep a good tenant than bust them over a deposit and have them irritated and leave.Personally I'd risk it.. and if things looked bad in the unit, I'd non-renew, or if they are jerks I non-renew..

I was irritated to know that most of the vandalism were caused by her teen kid and his friends when they were packing to move out.

Plus if your agent is irritated that you are asking questions that is a good indication that they may not be the best agent to use.
