Up here at least, where tenants in February would have to cart their laundry through a foot of snow to a laundromat just to wash some undies, or instead simply walk down stairs in their sweats in between commercials on a Saturday is paramount.  

I know the relationship with the park manager is paramount so I'll be looking to build those relationships at several local parks.

I have spent a ton of time setting up our management system but it now requires very little effort, to the point where when we are done, we will hire an employee to operate our business, not a management company to manage our properties.I have went a little off topic, but for us, developing our management system was paramount.

So having a professional on your team that focuses on making sure there are no surprises now or later is paramount.

Education is paramount but don't be afraid to jump in either.

It is foolish to pump having the right team members for all the pieces but to have no team member for such a paramount important part as to tell you the structural integrity of the purchase, and costs associated to it.
