There's a reason ppl buy blue chip stocks and a 4cap in a Class A area vs a 7+ in a Class C and penny stocks.

You cant find an existing home for sale for same price that doesn't need extensive work and that comes with same assurances, let alone a brand new home, furnished, with amenities such as pool, gym, taco bar, steps to ocean, shops, and the sound.

There is a vast ocean of overwhelming information here and I think I'd like to start performing the BRRRR method/house hack strategy.

Just be ready to deal with a more blue collar working class.
