Fear of being in debt and taking on risk in general....can be greatly mitigated, if not completed eradicated, by having clear exit strategies planned in advance.

Are you rejecting the animal because you have a severe allergy and would be unable to visit the home to collect rent or inspect the property, or maybe you were attacked by an animal as a child and you have a diagnoseable fear of dogs.  

I think the fear of evictions is especially acute for those transitioning from the STR space.

Unfortunately, the real world does not operate that way -- as an IT consultant, if I did that I would have a very reduced client list.As a client, I should feel free to communicate openly with my attorney about my concerns, fears and have basic conversations without being billed for every single instance.

I think a lot of people go to these classes thinking it will be the answer to their problems when the problem is inaction, insecurity, and fears of failure, poverty, and rejection.
